Hi I’m Emma the owner of One Pilates.

I’ve always had a passion for fitness it’s something that has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. With that background starting my own Pilates studio felt like a natural step. I wanted to create a space that was quiet , private and welcoming especially for people who don’t enjoy big group classes. I saw the need for a more personal approach. Every session is 100% tailored to the individual, meeting them where they are and helping them to where they need to be. I absolutely love it when clients tell me people are noticing a difference - how they look taller , move better, or just look great. That boost in confidence carries into every part of life and its amazing to see how much easier everything feels when your stronger, fitter and healthier. Movement should feel good and I want people to enjoy the process as much as the results.

Grip socks are available in studio

We wear grip (sticky) socks for all Pilates sessions. If you don’t have have a pair , no worries they are available to purchase in studio.

One Pilates terms and conditions

We endeavour to keep to our schedule advertised however classes and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Out of consideration to the teacher and other clients please arrive on time for your class, late arrival will result in time deducted from your class.
Classes must be paid for at the time of booking or please arrive 5 minutes early to arrange payment.
We ask that you follow all instructions given by the instructor around the studio equipment failing to do so will result in you be asked to leave and forfeiting your class pass.
One pilates is in no way responsible for for any injury and or loss of property from attending our studio.
By booking and attending classes you agree to these terms and conditions.
Intro offers are available once person and expires in 14 days.
5 class packs must be used within 2 months of purchase .
10 class packs must be used within 4 months of purchase.
Refunds will not be given on any remaining classes if your are no longer able to make classes or they expires before they have al been used.
Classes are not transferable between clients.
Please be considerate and cancel classes 12hours prior to the class starting. Late cancellations will forfeit the session.
No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the class.

All purchases are final .One Pilates does not offer refunds, suspensions or extensions on any services for a change of mind, address or any other reason.
Reformer Duo’s are a package for 2 people. You will purchase the package together and commit to coming together.
